About BoardITGuy

What BoardITGuy is

BoardITGuy makes hand-drawn visual study boards for IT certification exams. A board is a map of one exam: every objective sits on its own sheet, drawn so you can see how the topics connect. Flashcards are written from the cards on the map, and every board comes with original practice questions that explain the answer. Read the map, recall it with flashcards, prove it on practice questions, and watch a Treemap of your cards turn from red to green as your scores rise.

You open a board on the website in your browser, on a computer or a phone. There is nothing to download. Your flashcard progress, bookmarks, sticky notes and test results are saved to your account.

Who it helps

Who it is not for

The boards

BoardITGuy currently has boards for CompTIA A+ (Core 1 and Core 2), Network+, Security+ (SY0-801) and SecAI+, Cisco CCNA, CCNP ENCOR, ENARSI and SCOR, ISC2 CISSP, ISACA CISM, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate. Each board states the exam version it follows, so check that it matches the exam you are booking.

Price and access

Each board is a one-time purchase between $29.99 and $49.99. There is no subscription and no expiry date. Every board has a free preview that needs no account, so you can see the sheets, the flashcards and the questions before you pay. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying; the details are in the Refund Policy.

Where the content comes from

The boards, flashcards and practice questions are written for BoardITGuy from each exam's published objectives, vendor documentation and standards. They are not copied from books, and BoardITGuy does not sell or use exam dumps. If you find a mistake, write to us and we will fix it.
